SECURITY - toymonkey use the universally recognised SSL encryption technology to protect the personal information that you supply including your Credit Card details. This security level is the same as that normally used by most UK banks. We do not store any information on your PC in the form of cookies

The Shopping Basket can be viewed from any of the product info pages at any time and does not commit you to ordering. Just click the Cancel Order button to erase your order. (You can do the same on the Check Out page also)

When you go from the Shopping Basket to the Check Out page which asks for your personal and credit card details the security system is activated and you will see a padlock symbol on your Browser Screen. This means that your details are encypted and secure when sent over the web. Please note that your order is not processed until you complete your details and press the 'Send Order' Button at the bottom of the Check Out page. Until then you have the option to Cancel your order.

When you leave the ordering system the padlock will disappear.

WE DO NOT RETAIN CREDIT CARD DETAILS - Unlike some e-commerce sites who retain your card details we erase your credit card number from our database once the transaction has been processed. We believe that this is the safest way to protect you security.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
