Delivery Information

UK Delivery Options We offer a choice of two services for UK addresses:

Standard Delivery Service Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should usually arrive within the number of days specified in the detail of each product. The carriage charge will be automatically added to your order and will depend on the combined weight of items ordered plus a little extra for packaging materials. However there is a maximum carriage charge of £5.95, whatever the weight.

We will use the most appropriate method of despatch depending on the weight of your order. For parcels weighing up to 2kg this will usually be Royal Mail Second Class. If the parcel does not fit into a letter box, please note that Royal Mail are not bound to carry out instructions such as "leave by back door if out". If it likely not to fit, please choose an address where someone will be in to receive goods.

Heavier parcels over 2kg will usually be sent by courier. In this case a signature will be required for receipt of goods. Please choose a delivery address where someone is able to provide a signature (such as a work address).

Very Heavy items - Many of our large items (games tables, trampolines, basketball sets etc) are shipped out by parcel carriers who's vehicles are manned only with a driver. We have to advise that the customer should be prepared to provide assistance to the driver in the removal and carrying of the goods from the vehicle to the Customer's requested point of delivery. Next Day Delivery Service Orders will either be sent either via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier. Please note that both these require signatures on delivery. Please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to provide a signature (such as at place of work).

Overseas Orders

Please note that all orders including overseas orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.

Carriage charges are calculated automatically depending on weight and destination of parcel. Orders delivered to international addresses are usually delivered using Airmail and our international courier partners. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from.
