ABOUT US - toymonkey.com was established in 2000 and continues to offer many interesting toys and games that you may find difficult to find elsewhere.

AVAILABILITY - We try to display only items that are in stock on the web site. For that reason items may disappear and then re-appear on the web site as stock is replenished. If you need absolute confirmation of availabity please email us or telephone (see below for details).

PAYMENT - toymonkey accepts orders using a credit card. You can use Visa, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro and American Express cards. When asked to provide your details you will be moved into a secure area and the padlock symbol will appear at the bottom of your browser. We use 128 bit SSL encryption which means your information is extremely secure.

TELEPHONE ORDERING - If you are having problems with ordering on our web site or simply prefer to order by telephone just call us on 01296 747858 (+44 1296 747858 from outside the UK).

PRICES - The prices shown on the toymonkey website are all quoted in British Pounds Sterling and are valid until 11/06/2008 with the exception of special offers where validity is stated otherwise.

DELIVERY - Our Standard delivery charge covers England,Wales & Lowland Scotland. For the following Scottish Post Codes please select "Scottish Highlands and Islands". Regret 24 service not available for these postcodes,
AB31 to 36, AB40 to 56, IV1 to 28, IV30 to 32, IV36 to 40, IV52 to 54, IV63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 38, PH4 to 41, PH4 to 41, PH49, PH50, HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE.

Your order will be despatched within 2 working days by Business Post or Royal Mail and you should normally receive it within 7 working days of ordering. For most areas within the UK you can choose a 24 Hour delivery service which should be added to the 2 working day despatch time . If your order cannot be fulfilled immediately we will contact you by e-mail and offer you the alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. Some larger items (such as trampolines and pool tables) will be delivered by special carrier and 24 Hour service is not available. Items over 50 kilos in weight are normally delivered by 2 man carrier which can take up to 10 working days.

DELIVERY OF HEAVIER ITEMS - Many of our game tables (Snooker, pool, air hockey etc.) and other heavier items such as trampolines and training equipment are shipped out by parcel carriers who's vehicles are manned only with a driver. This is to give our customers a fast and economical service. We have to advise that the customer should be prepared to provide assistance to the driver in the removal and carrying of the goods from the vehicle to the Customer's requested point of delivery.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY - If you require delivery outside of UK use the selector box on the checkout page and choose your country or area. If you do not see your country listed then select 'Rest of the World'. After selecting your country from the drop down box click on the button 'Update Delivery Charge' and you will then see the charge for your country. Please place your order with a clear address including your Country and your e-mail address. We use an International Standard Post (not surface mail) service which takes from 3 working days to European destinations and from 5 working days to the rest of the world.

RECEIPT OF GOODS - As it is unlikely that you will be able to check your order fully at the time of delivery we ask that you sign the carriers delivery note as "UNCHECKED". This will enable us to seek compensation from the carrier for any damage they may have caused during transit. In any case if damage is found to products it must be reported to us within 48 Hours of receipt of goods.

CANCELLATION - You have the right to cancel any contract with us. You must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel within 7 working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You should return the goods to us at your cost (Please check with us for warehouse address). We recommend you ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods less any costs to collect the goods, if required, within 30 days starting on the date on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition. You have a legal obligation to take care of the goods and when returning them you must ensure they are adequately protected to prevent damage. (N.B. These rights apply to the UK and other EU countries only)

RECYCLING OF ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (EEE) -

FAULTY GOODS - If you believe an item is inherently faulty then within six months of purchase please send us a "monkey mail" and we will make arrangements to either replace or repair the item. If we are unable to repair or replace the item we will refund the original cost. Please note this does not cover fair 'wear and tear'. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
